Welcome to Riyal and More. By using our website www.riyalandmore.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in accordance with Saudi Arabiaโ€™s E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

1. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ General Terms

  • This website is owned and operated by Riyal and More, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

  • All products listed are offered in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and inclusive of 15% VAT where applicable (ZATCA registered).

  • You must be at least 18 years old or use the website under the supervision of a guardian.

2. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Return & Refund Policy (Compliant with Saudi Consumer Law)

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving the order, as per Saudi eCommerce Law.

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition and packaging

    • Unused, undamaged, and resaleable

  • You are not entitled to return:

    • Food or perishable products (e.g., fruits, vegetables)

    • Personal hygiene, beauty, and opened makeup products

    • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable)

Return Process:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone (0503257924) with your order number and reason.

  • Returns are accepted only with proof of purchase (order receipt).

  • If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item sent, we will cover return shipping.

  • Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used in the order (bank, card, or wallet).

3. ๐Ÿ’ณ Payment & Delivery Policy

Delivery:

  • We currently deliver only within Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

  • Orders are processed and delivered within 2โ€“4 business days.

Payment Options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivery fee SAR 10 is added.

  • Online Payment (Card, Apple Pay, etc.): Free delivery.

4. ๐Ÿงพ Invoicing & VAT

  • All purchases include a tax invoice in accordance with ZATCA regulations.

  • VAT is calculated at the rate set by the Saudi government (currently 15%).

5. ๐Ÿ” User Data & Privacy

  • We follow Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) to ensure customer data is safe.

  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Payment data is securely handled via encrypted third-party payment gateways.

6. ๐Ÿ”„ Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication.
