You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Include the original packaging
Have a receipt or proof of purchase
According to Saudi Arabia’s eCommerce Law, the following items are not eligible for return:
Food, fruits, vegetables, or other perishable goods
Opened or used personal care and hygiene products (e.g., makeup, brushes)
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Customized or specially ordered items
We accept exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once your return is approved and received:
A refund will be issued within 7 business days
Refund will be made via the original payment method (card, wallet, or bank transfer)
If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund via bank or STC Pay
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
In other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping.
